About
Hi I'm Gary, a third year computer science student at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. Formally, I graduated as a double major in biology/medical science from the University of Western Ontario. My interests lie in big data, bioinformatics, statistical genetics and web development. Currently, I am the logistics coordinator for HackCentral 2017, Manitoba's first ever student-collegiate hackathon happening February 17-19, 2017 at the University of Manitoba.

I was a summer student at Sickkids hospital research institute in Toronto and the Children's Hospital Research institute in Winnipeg (Studying shared genetic segments in Autism Spectrum Disorders)
